Position Summary
The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for managing the planning and execution of external facing projects involving both new and existing clients. This position collaborates closely with various business and technical teams to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and effectively communicated to the technical team. The role demands exceptional communication and organizational skills, both internally and externally. Discretion and confidentiality are integral to carrying out the duties and responsibilities associated with this position.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable items for the technical team.
- Create and manage business and technical workflows to ensure seamless project progression.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely execution and delivery by proactively identifying and addressing risks, roadblocks, and requirement changes as they arise.
- Communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed issue logs and meeting notes and handle other administrative tasks essential for project success.
- Enhance professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading industry and professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and engaging in relevant professional organizations.
- Adhere strictly to MedRisk’s established practices and policies, ensuring the integrity and quality of all deliverables.
- Comply with Confidentiality, Privacy, and Security Standards Policies, as well as Confidentiality Operating Procedures, ensuring that commercially sensitive and privacy-related information, including personal health information (PHI), is never used or discussed except as necessary to fulfill assigned tasks.
- Additional duties may be assigned as required to support the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of formal project management experience required.
- Minimum of one (1) year in a Scrum Master role is a plus.
- Experience with Atlassian products, such as Jira and Confluence, and/or a similar project management tool required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, strong skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Prior experience in resources management and tracking required.
- Ability to lead effective meetings to support planning and project completion required.
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills required.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment required.
- Managed care experience and knowledge of health information and health care services preferred.
- Document library management experience preferred.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those of a standard office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position over 50% of the work day; move about inside the office to access files or office equipment; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls to operate a computer and other office productivity machines; reach with hands and arms; must communicate and converse with co-workers; and detect/discern information accurately. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
