The Client Solutions Consulting Director leads enterprise-level strategic solutions across the Cox Automotive Platform, developing new products and solutions to protect and drive revenue growth within the Partner+ Client segment. This role collaborates closely with various sales team members throughout account planning, the sales process, and ongoing client performance evaluations, providing expertise on automotive solutions.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $144,900.00 - $241,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert solutioning, client demonstrations, and product recommendations that reflect market trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute retail strategies that deliver targeted business outcomes and key performance metrics for both clients and Cox Automotive.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Cox Automotive's consumer solutions, retail solutions, and our automotive platform, including product integrations and collective value delivery to clients.

- Support enterprise sales and client management teams with subject-matter expertise across Cox Automotive's portfolio of Consumer and Retailer solutions.
- Build relationships with technical leaders in client organizations.
- Consult with clients, clearly communicating Cox's value proposition, designing solutions, and offering thought leadership to business, technical, and key client stakeholders.
- Translate client business and technical requirements into practical, composed Cox Automotive solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to ensure solutions meet specifications and align with client needs.
- Gather and synthesize Voice of the Customer (VoC) feedback, ensuring it influences product strategy internally.

Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 8 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years' experience in a related field; or 22 years' experience in a related field.
- Expertise in automotive retail processes and technologies, emphasizing consumer experience and retailer sales efficiency.
- Extensive subject-matter knowledge of major automotive enterprises (OEMs, lenders, rental fleets), online transactions, consumer experience, and eCommerce.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 or more years of relevant industry experience in automotive or related fields such as technology consulting, enterprise software, or CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
