Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager of Client Services who will be responsible for oversight of multiple campaigns across different pharma companies and therapeutic areas to drive overall success and implementation. You’ll act as the day to day client contact along with the Director on the account, managing campaigns from kickoff to completion. He/she will work with the pharma client, agencies, and all stakeholders involved to move the campaign towards launch, making sure we are tracking towards deadlines and completing all necessary steps. You will assist in Medical Legal Regulator review submissions and work with the Director and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely approvals.


Duties/ Responsibilities:

Client Partnership:

  • Serve as day to day point of contact for key pharmaceutical and agency partners
  • Attend all client calls, taking notes and sending clear and concise emails summarizing calls and next steps
  • Displays understanding and ownership of MLR submission and approvals process, ensuring format matches the manufacturer specific requirements and that deadlines are met and exceeded.
  • Keep tabs on and track all necessary steps needed from the client to launch the campaign, as well as setting up status calls when needed.

Internal Account Management:

  • Ensure constant, clear, overcommunication with internal teams to relay client status updates and relevant aspects of campaign launches
  • Keep internal documents up to date and keep track of all client logins and trainings
  • Draft all client facing materials, working with the Coordinator and Director to get all materials ready for client
  • Track campaign progress on internal project management software, ensuring all necessary tasks are getting done / being assigned correctly
  • Work with the Director and Sales lead to track client KPIs and end of campaign metrics

Experience:

 3-5 year’s experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing at an agency or similar

  • History of working with clients to craft campaigns in the HCP space (open to experience in DTC) to meet client goals and deliver on time
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extreme attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, tight deadline environment, an organized and autonomous worker
  • Travel as much as 1x per quarter for team meetings
