Job Description

Reporting to the National Account Manager, the CSE will be responsible for the administration of Client Relation Programs; build relationships with the client managers and key consultants. All methods of practice and/or work performance shall conform to written established policies and procedures.

• Regular client meetings to build relationships with hiring managers to provide repeat business and excellent customer service

• Follow-up with client managers for submitted candidates

• Input data into Consultant Profiling System

• Lead generation through existing consultants and/or client managers

• Ensure 100% compliance with regards to updating consultant skills into Collabera database

• Walk-in new consultants to the client site and share Collabera’s mission and vision with them

• Regular consultant meetings to build relationships with key consultants

• Co-ordinate with Delivery and/or Account Managers to resolve consultant issues

• Coordinating interview confirmations / interview feedback with delivery team and Client Managers

• Coordinate complete on boarding procedures including but not limited to sending the on boarding email / coordinating on boarding process and all post hire coordination activities with Client managers

• Escalate any issues raised by client to Account Manager

• Weekly CMS should be updated for every client meeting with weekly activity log

• Travel: 50-60% travel within the designated territory expected and required

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Sociology, etc.

• 1-2 years’ experience in IT Recruiting

• Open to Travel (50-60%)

• Familiar with MS tools

• Excellent Communications/Interpersonal skills

• Good to have knowledge/experience on social media recruiting

• Basic Computer knowledge
