A Client Service Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating client needs with the company's offerings. This role involves providing administrative support, handling inquiries, and facilitating communication between clients and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all client information is up to date.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Track and report on client interactions and transactions, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management (CRM) software.
