Job Title: Client Planning Advisor - Strategic Key Accounts
Location: East Coast USA - remote
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Due to growth, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Strategic Client Planning Advisor to join our existing Client Planning team, supporting our Global key client accounts. This role is pivotal in managing efficient and effective job profitability as well as, maintaining high client satisfaction with strategically large accounts. 

This position can be remote within the US however, there will be the expectation of travel to our Virginia office for onboarding and associated training.

About the role

As a Strategic Client Planning Advisor, you will serve as the primary liaison between our internal Strategic Accounts team and the Americas Planning team, streamlining the scheduling and coordination of BSI’s audit services for our external clients.

You will proactively identify suitable audit dates and assign competent audit teams, confirming bookings with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize delivery efficiency.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Lead the coordination of all audit types, ensuring alignment with client priorities, auditor availability, and certification requirements.

  • Own the full planning lifecycle for complex accounts, proactively identifying risks or bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to minimize disruption.

  • Ensure planning data accuracy in internal systems, keeping key account records up-to-date and audit progress transparent.

  • Collaborate with internal departments e.g. Operations, Technical, and Audit teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and alignment with account goals.

  • Resolve planning and logistical conflicts using sound judgment, balancing client expectations with operational capacity.

To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • 3–5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, project coordination, or operations, preferably within a client-facing or service delivery environment.

  • Experience managing complex accounts or high-volume scheduling across multiple regions or service lines.

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and managing conflicting priorities.

  • Proficient in planning and scheduling systems, CRMs, or workflow management platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and convey complex scheduling details clearly.

  • Additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese would be desirable.

The salary for this position can range from $59,500.00 - $70,000.00 USD annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to geographical location, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
