Group Details

This job is primarily remote. The Tradeweb Corporates hub is located in our Golden, Colorado office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts.  There may be days where travel to the Golden office is recommended for organizational off-sites.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact to guide prospects and clients throughout the onboarding process, including new account opening, transition and integration into the Tradeweb’s ICD portal.  
  • Drive the new account process with prospects and clients to ensure a focused, efficient and excellent onboarding experience.
  • Conduct pre-sales demo for prospective clients and trainings for existing clients of Tradeweb’s ICD portal. 
  • Demonstrate outstanding client service attitude, support and skills to ensure a top-notch, first impression of Tradeweb.
  • Pre-fill and review new account paperwork with all details, initiate and submit new account and account transfer requests with no errors, and complete post account setup requirements to ensure timely and accurate results.
  • Prioritize multiple requests and accounts, closely monitor progress and follow up immediately to proactively and professionally.
  • Maintain consistent communication with all sales reps about their clients’ and prospects’ accounts. Build strong relationships with internal team members to ensure alignment on client and fund company expectations and turnaround times.
  • Research and respond to servicing and operational inquiries from multiple fund companies as well as prospects, clients and sales reps to ensure timely, accurate and detailed responses are provided. Coordinate, secure needed approvals and resolves issues to complete all paperwork signatures and documents with fund companies. Foster productive working relationship with fund company partners to ensure efficient and excellent deliverables.
  • Use technology tools such as Tradeweb’s ICD portal and PowerBI to gather data. Maintain account information records, updating Salesforce and SharePoint.     
  • Collaborate and support the global trade desk team as needed to ensure all aspects of onboarding are being implemented well. 
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to assist in building stronger relationships with internal and external clients and partners.
  • Light travel may be required for in-person demos or sales events. 

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree: Business, Finance, Economics degree strongly preferred
  • Client account document preparation, detail-oriented paperwork completion strongly preferred
  • Previous internship or office experience strongly preferred
  • Client/Customer Service experience strongly preferred 
  • Financial Services exposure preferred
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce preferred

  • The current pay range for this role is currently $65,000 to $95,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule.  The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.
  • This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program. 
  • This role is expected to remain open until 4/6/2026
