About the role

Viamedia.ai is a leading provider of programmatic and digital media services for brands and agencies. We are seeking a Client Specialist to join our growing Marketing and Sales organization. This is an entry‑level to early‑career role designed for candidates looking to develop hands‑on experience in omnichannel media planning, proposal development, and client strategy.

 

The Client Specialist will support a queue of inbound sales proposal requests and assist in producing high‑quality media plans and client‑facing materials. This role reports to the Director of Client Strategy and works closely with senior strategists, Sales, and cross‑functional teams.


What you'll do

  • Learn and support the Viamedia.ai story, including products, capabilities, and key differentiators
  • Assist in the end‑to‑end RFP and proposal process to help meet seller, client, and company objectives
  • Support senior strategists in building media plans aligned to client goals and KPIs
  • Help prepare presentations and proposal materials that clearly communicate recommendations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Ad Operations teams to support planning and execution workflows
  • Ensure proposals and sales materials adhere to Viamedia.ai brand standards and messaging
  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation related to proposals, deadlines, and team workflow
  • Develop foundational knowledge of digital media trends, platforms, and best practices
  • Support basic competitive research and market monitoring efforts

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, or a related field (internships and relevant coursework welcome)
  • Basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, CTV/OTT, video, display, social, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high‑quality work
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and take direction from senior team members
  • Interest in learning how to use data and insights to support marketing storytelling
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Excel, PowerPoint, and digital media or project management tools
