About the Company
There are 17 million Americans who own rental property. Most don't want to be landlords anymore, but selling isn’t a good option. Why? You’d lose income and appreciation, trigger tax liabilities, kick out your tenants, have to fix up the house – the list goes on! Flock is here to help.
Flock is building the retirement solution for landlords. We’ve created the first tech-driven 721 Exchange to help individual rental property owners seamlessly convert their real estate into passively owned shares in a professionally managed portfolio of homes. Some people call it the UPREIT; we call it "The People’s REIT."
In a traditional property sale, the transaction ends the buyer/seller relationship – not so with Flock. When owners contribute their real estate to Flock’s portfolio, a new journey begins: one that has been carefully crafted to both relieve their pain points and provide tangible benefits for years to come. It’s a better way to sell and a better way to own real estate.
We’re fortunate to be backed by a great group of venture capital firms, including Andreessen Horowitz, Human Capital, Susa Ventures, Box Group, and Primary Venture Partners, as well as a large network of strategic investors, including 1Sharpe Ventures, Redwood Trust (NYSE: RWT), Fred Tuomi (former CEO of Invitation Homes), and Eric Wu (former CEO of Opendoor).
About the Role
Flock is seeking a motivated and data-driven Client Growth Manager to lead and scale our growing Client Growth Associate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and is excited about building outbound muscle across a sales org. As the Client Growth Manager, you’ll coach and enable a team of Client Growth Associates (CGAs), help drive pipeline growth, and partner cross-functionally to improve lead generation strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong management experience, a data-oriented mindset, and has seen a world-class BDR or sales org in action.
What You’ll Do
- Coach & Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage and mentor a growing team of CGAs through daily standups, regular 1:1s, and live feedback from call listening and deal reviews.
- Drive Outbound Excellence: Help the team find the right balance between nurturing inbound leads and executing on outbound strategies to grow the top of the funnel.
- Own the Metrics: Live in the data—track performance KPIs, follow-up rates, conversion metrics, and use insights to continuously improve team output and effectiveness.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with our marketing team to share frontline insights and inform demand gen strategies, messaging, and campaign focus.
- Enable Sales Team Success: Ensure CGAs are effectively qualifying leads and preparing Single Family Rental Directors (SFRDs) for high-leverage conversations.
- Build the Foundation: As we scale the CGA org and explore new growth areas, you’ll lay the groundwork for what a world-class BDR org looks like at Flock.
About You
- Experienced Leader: 6-10 years of sales experience, with 2–5 years of sales development experience, ideally including management or team lead roles.
- Data-Driven Operator: Comfortable using data to drive decisions, track success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales Enablement Pro: Skilled at coaching, feedback, and building repeatable playbooks to improve outreach, objection handling, and follow-through.
- Strong Communicator: Clear and compelling communicator who can motivate a team and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership.
- Process-Oriented: Brings operational rigor and a systems mindset to managing pipeline health, follow-ups, and team execution.
- Growth-Oriented: Ambitious and excited to grow with the company—looking to be at a fast-growing company where you can have a real impact, shape how the sales org scales, and grow alongside the business as it evolves.
Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: The annual OTE for this role is $150K-$200K, with target equity and benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
