Are you a client success professional that is passionate about creating value and positive client outcomes? Or a learning and development or education professional that loves driving successful program launches? 


If so, you may be a great fit for BizLibrary’s Client Experience Manager opening. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully implementing and onboarding new clients and new product purchases. 


The ideal candidate will have a mix of L&D/educational and/or client success or service experience. You will support our clients throughout the implementation and onboarding process, understanding each client’s business goals to ensure that their program and launch are aligned to their desired outcomes. You will need to be a great communicator who can both understand and leverage technology, while also tailoring your communication based on the knowledge and experience of the client. You will be expected to find ways to add value throughout the onboarding process and be passionate about solving Customer problems. 


Salary: $65K
