What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably business related, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the financial services (credit related) industry.
- The ability to articulate sophisticated messaging around our solutions, analytics, industry trends, and TransUnion's value proposition.
- The embodiment of trust while managing complex relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers in the Alternative Lending and Credit Union sectors.
- The enthusiasm to successfully navigate a matrixed environment; facilitating teamwork with various internal stakeholders to best serve our customers' interests.
- A credit background, or credit related background in financial services and/or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with proven ability to work and ‘get things done’.
- Previous experience selling in retail credit or consumer credit reporting industries is considered an asset.
- A high level of confidence coupled with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Availability for purposeful travel.
Impact You'll Make:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships overall relationship with assigned Alternative lending and Credit Union Insurance Customers and identifying key decision makers, influencers, buyers, and sponsors.
- Complement the strategic selling responsibility of the Business Development Executive and work as an account team for those assigned customers.
- Lead and coordinate resources for client-facing business reviews.
- Collaborate with Business Development Executives, Sales Support Specialists, Customer Experience Specialists, and Product Consultants to drive adoption of new product opportunities to help solve Customer challenges.
- Responsible for account planning and understanding each Customer’s position within the market.
- Facilitate contract renewal process as required.
- Solve Customer issues and diffuse escalated matters, and provide documentation of issues and root causes for future issue avoidance.
- Work with the Client Success Management Team to ensure successful implementation of solutions and projects, and ROI achieved as expected by the Customer.
