About Job

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Advisor to join our team. The Client Advisor will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and our internal teams. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Account Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities among existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, including Customer Service and Product Development, to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client queries and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the software solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and CX software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
