Welcome to Fi.

We’re a passionate team from Square, Google, Peloton, Uber, and more, working to redefine the dog-human connection. Our mission? Harness cutting-edge technology to transform what it means to be a dog parent.

The pet industry has been stuck in the past for far too long, and we’re here to change that. At Fi, we’re combining expertise and innovation to improve the lives of millions of dogs across the U.S. Real-time location tracking, activity, sleep, and behavior monitoring – and that’s just the start.

The most exciting part? Bridging the communication gap between dogs and humans. Picture a world where you know how your dog feels in real time and how to keep them at their best. That’s the future we’re building at Fi.

If you thrive in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment and are passionate about helping dogs live longer, healthier lives, we want you on the team. Together, let’s redefine the future of dog ownership – turning the “impossible” into “let me find a way.”

Are you ready to bring Fi to life in your region and make a real impact in the dog parent community?
As a Region General Manager, you’ll own regional market growth, build real-world connections, and develop creative strategies to get Fi in front of the right people. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of Fi’s expansion - turning awareness into action and creating a movement.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • You’ll own your region. Take full responsibility for growing Fi’s presence, building brand awareness, and driving adoption across your assigned state(s) or territory.
  • You’ll build real connections. Engage with dog owners, pet businesses, and community leaders to make Fi a household name.
  • You’ll drive meaningful impact. Help dog parents discover the best tech for their pups, improving safety, health, and connection.
  • You’ll get creative. Form strategic partnerships, find innovative ways to get Fi into the hands (and onto the collars) of local dog lovers, and organize occasional events to build community engagement.
  • You’ll be part of a fast-growing team. Work alongside a mission-driven startup that’s redefining the dog-human relationship.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing and partnership plans that actually move the needle - think community-driven, high-impact strategies that resonate.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of pet-friendly business partners (e.g., groomers, dog bars, dog-friendly retailers and services).
  • Identify and pitch new business partners using Fi’s unique value proposition and partner data.
  • Monitor and report on daily and weekly performance using internal dashboards and tools like Close CRM.
  • Gather insights from the field to refine our approach and help shape Fi’s broader marketing and growth efforts.

What You'll Bring:

  • Organized and goal-oriented—able to manage leads, track progress, and stay accountable to daily and monthly targets.
  • Strong business acumen—you understand brand-building, partnerships, and how to translate awareness into action.
  • Experience in sales, field marketing, partnerships, or community engagement (bonus points if you’ve worked in the pet space).
  • A natural connector—great at building relationships and getting people excited about a brand.
  • Self-starter mentality—you thrive in autonomy, know how to prioritize, and can execute without a playbook.
  • Based in a major metro in the U.S. with reliable transportation and flexibility to move throughout your region.
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable using email, Slack, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (bonus: Close CRM experience).
  • Most importantly, a genuine love for dogs and the people who love them.
