  • Act as a subject matter expert across Citrix, Windows, and Cloud technologies—partnering with internal and external teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient environments.

  • Help shape and implement the department’s strategic vision, driving improvements to infrastructure and processes.

  • Deliver L3 operational support with a focus on automation, infrastructure as code, deployment, orchestration, and monitoring.

  • Document infrastructure standards, changes, and SOPs to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

  • Participate in sprint planning and resolve technical blockers using your deep technical expertise.

  • Manage golden image creation, patching, and optimization for virtual desktop environments.

  • Guide technical and non-technical teams on best practices in end-user computing and automation.

  • Investigate infrastructure issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

  • Ensure infrastructure security by applying patches and addressing vulnerabilities.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of enterprise-level Citrix administration experience.

  • Citrix certified or equivalent hands-on expertise.

  • Proven experience in large-scale virtualization (clustering, HA, DR, load balancing).

  • Expertise in XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix ADC (NetScaler).

  • Experience with multiple hypervisors (Xen, KVM, Nutanix AHV, etc.).

  • Skilled in designing and managing persistent/non-persistent virtual desktops.

  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud and multi-datacenter environments.

  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.) and automation mindset.

  • Solid understanding of networking (DNS, AD, load balancing, caching, etc.).

  • Knowledge of app virtualization technologies (MSIX, App-V, App Attach).

  • Effective communicator, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Bonus points…

  • Certifications: Azure, Nutanix, VMware, Citrix, GitOps, DevOps, Scrum, or ITIL.

  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, and infrastructure automation platforms.

  • Exposure to enterprise architecture and IT operations at scale.

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Employee discounts on awesome tech from day one

  • Flexible health benefits and wellness program
