Your Role: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
This is not your average CTO gig. You’ll be the technical heartbeat of a fast-scaling, impact-driven tech company at the intersection of hardware, software, and data science. You’ll lead the charge in building globally scalable products that deliver real-world value—and help define the future of ConstructionTech.
We’re looking for a builder-leader who thrives in high-growth environments, loves solving gnarly problems, and knows how to scale teams, systems, and impact.
What You’ll Own
Tech & Product Strategy
- Architect and execute our tech roadmap across IoT, SaaS, AI/ML, and data infrastructure
- Collaborate with Product to turn customer pain points into elegant, scalable solutions
- Drive modular, secure, and resilient architecture across platforms
Team Leadership
- Build and scale a global engineering org across hardware, embedded systems, software, DevOps, and QA
- Cultivate a culture of speed, quality, and ownership
- Recruit and mentor top-tier technical talent across continents
Execution & Delivery
- Own delivery of high-impact engineering projects with speed and precision
- Implement agile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and testing protocols
- Monitor and optimize system performance, uptime, and scalability
Innovation & Strategic Impact
- Explore frontier tech like digital twins, edge computing, and energy optimization
- Shape the long-term tech vision alongside the CEO and executive team
- Represent the company at industry events and with strategic partners
What You Bring
- Proven success scaling engineering teams (5–100+) in SaaS, IoT, or ClimateTech/IndustrialTech
- Deep technical chops in embedded systems, cloud-native platforms, and hardware/software integration
- Experience building enterprise-grade platforms with high reliability and security
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and Commercial teams
- Clear communicator who aligns tech vision with business goals
- Hands-on, execution-focused, and thrives in ambiguity
- Bonus: Experience in construction, manufacturing, or energy
