Description

Join OX on our journey as Chief of Staff, acting as the strategic partner and force multiplier to our CEO. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role designed for a proactive leader who can navigate complexities, manage pushback, and ensure that high-level strategy translates into ground-level results.

You will be the crucial link that aligns our leadership team across global time zones, ensures our OKRs are met, and guarantees that board-level initiatives are executed efficiently across all departments. We are looking for someone who excels at driving action, spotting gaps before they become problems, and mastering the art of leading through influence rather than formal authority.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Execution & Accountability: Take ownership of the CEO’s action items, board decisions, and cross-functional projects. Act as the "accelerator" to ensure key initiatives are completed on time and at the highest standard.
  • Master of Alignment: Act as the "glue" connecting the global leadership team (US and Israel). Ensure seamless information flow and alignment across all departments, from the board level down to the individual teams.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Serve as a filter for the CEO’s time and priorities. Prepare briefings, synthesize data, and ensure the CEO is focused on the 20% of issues that drive 80% of the company's impact.
  • Manage the Operating Rhythm: Own the company's operating cadence, including OKR processes, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and leadership meetings. Ensure these are strategic touchpoints that drive the business forward and mitigate risks.
  • Board & Strategic Prep: Build compelling board decks, prep the CEO for strategic meetings, and track the execution of board-level decisions on the ground.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead "orphaned" projects that span multiple departments (e.g., R&D, Product, and Marketing) and drive them to successful completion.
  • Sounding Board & Problem Solver: Act as an objective, discreet sounding board for the CEO. Identify internal conflicts early and resolve them with high emotional intelligence and diplomacy.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in strategic or operational roles (e.g., Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or BizOps) within a fast-paced B2B SaaS/startup environment.
  • High-Velocity Executor: A proactive, relentless driver who makes things happen. You don't just track tasks; you actively push them past the finish line, overcoming obstacles with creativity and grit.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & "People Person": A natural communicator who builds genuine relationships at all levels-from individual contributors to senior VPs. You know how to be assertive yet empathetic, ensuring people want to collaborate with you.
  • Mastery of Influence: Proven ability to lead matrixed teams and influence senior leadership (VPs) without direct reporting lines. You possess exceptional "Executive Presence" and high emotional intelligence.
  • Strategic & Business Acumen: Ability to see the "big picture" while staying comfortable with the technical details of Marketing, R&D, and Sales.
  • Analytical & Structured Thinker: Highly organized individual who can bring order to chaos and use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Trust & Discretion: Highest level of integrity. The ability to build an immediate, trusting partnership with the CEO and handle sensitive information with total confidentiality.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, executive-level messaging.

Bonus Points For

  • Previous experience directly supporting a CEO or C-level executive in a scaling startup.
  • Experience bridging the gap between US go-to-market teams and Israeli R&D teams.
  • Experience implementing and managing OKR methodologies.
  • Background in consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity industry.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in taking care of our team so they can focus on what they do best.

Salary & Equity

  • Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 USD per year.
  • Equity: This role is eligible for a Stock Options package, allowing you to share in OX Security’s success.
  • Note: Final offer will be determined based on the candidate's specific location, experience, and skillset.

Benefits Package (via Vensure)

We partner with Vensure to provide top-tier benefits for our US-based team members:

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision plans to keep you and your family healthy.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO): We offer unlimited vacation because we trust you to take time when you need it and to manage your time effectively. We value work-life balance and want you to recharge.
  • Gifts on your birthday & anniversary &Holidays.
