This is a force multiplier role. You’ll support the CEO and our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), driving execution, communication, and alignment on the company’s most important initiatives. The role will report to the CEO
Responsibilities
- Executive & Strategic Support: Ensure ELT meetings, planning sessions, and off-sites are productive, focused, and action-oriented. Ensure that conversations are supported by the right briefing materials, pre-reads, and follow-ups to keep priorities on track. Help the CEO prepare for customer meetings, external events, investor updates, and speaking engagements.
- Program & Project Ownership: Lead a small number of company-level initiatives or transformation programs at any given time. Track goals and progress against strategic priorities, coordinating across departments to drive momentum and accountability.
- Communications & Planning: Partner with leaders across Product, GTM, Finance, and People to ensure tight coordination and strategic alignment. Support internal and external communications from the CEO’s office.
- Strategic Roadmap: Assist in developing a long-range business plan that translates vision into measurable progress, informed by customer, market, and business insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three or more years of top-tier management consulting or a similar operating role in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator; able to distill complexity into clarity.
- High EQ, low ego, and deeply collaborative.
- Fiercely organized with a bias toward action and a reputation for follow-through.
- Data-fluent: comfortable with analysis, dashboards, and drawing insights from metrics.
- Mission-driven: you care deeply about doing meaningful work that improves how people live and work.
- Strong fluency in executive tools and platforms that enable strategic planning, program execution, and communication. Comfort navigating CRM, productivity, and planning tools is essential for supporting a modern SaaS CEO and ELT.
- Power user of Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs; strong deck-building skills.
