Overview

Electric is seeking a strategic and highly organized Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and COO and the Revenue Leadership Team. This critical role will drive operational excellence, strategic alignment, and cross-functional execution across all revenue-generating departments (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations). The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven operator with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders in a high-growth environment.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Support the CEO in developing and cascading the Revenue Organization's strategy, goals, and annual operating plan. Monitor progress and drive accountability across all teams.

  • Operational Cadence: Own and streamline the Revenue Org's operational rhythm, including leadership meetings, weekly cross functional stands around key initiatives, and board preparations, ensuring clear objectives and efficient time management.

  • Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and project-manage high-priority, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., new market entry, partnership launches) that require alignment between Revenue, Finance, Product, and other departments.

  • Communications: Manage and draft key internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team including presentations, all-hands content, and executive summaries.

  • Data & Insights: Partner with Revenue Operations to analyze key business metrics, identify trends, and surface critical insights to the leadership team, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

  • Budget Management: Assist the CEO in managing the departmental budget, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure the highest return on investment.

  • Culture and Team Development: Act as a sounding board and organizational glue, helping to reinforce a collaborative, transparent, and performance-driven culture across the revenue organization.

Who you are

  • Located in the NY Tri-State area, willingness to come to the office at least 3x per quarter for exec collaboration and working sessions

  • 5+ years of experience in business or revenue operations, strategy consulting, or a Chief of Staff role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Huge plus if your experience in SaaS overlaps with experience in a partner-led growth strategy

  • Deep understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales, marketing, and customer success processes within a Revenue Organization.

  • Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization without direct authority.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to executive leadership.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in working with financial models and large datasets.

  • Deep familiarity with common revstack tools: SFDC, Looker, Hubspot

Excited about the opportunity, but worried you don’t meet all the requirements? We recognize that people are less likely to apply to jobs where they don’t meet every single qualification.
