Support the COO with strategic planning, data analysis, reporting, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization. Assist in preparing operational performance reports and identifying improvements while managing multiple projects in a hybrid remote/monthly in-person internship.

The Nexodus Internship Program is looking for an ambitious COO Intern to support the Chief Operating Officer with operational strategies and initiatives. This role offers experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and executive-level decision-making.
LENGTH OF INTERNSHIP:
- Mandatory in-person Internship Development Session (Once a month in Dallas)
- 29 hours per week (3-4 days/wk.), including occasional evenings and weekends
JOB FUNCTION:
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of operational strategies.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on operational performance.
- Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional communication.
- Process Optimization: Help identify ways to improve business operations.
