They're at a pivotal stage of growth, expanding their operations across multiple key markets, and need a strategic CFO to lead their financial vision. The Role:
As CFO, you will:
Develop and execute a strategic financial roadmap that fuels innovation and expansion throughout Africa.
Lead fundraising efforts, securing significant growth capital to support ambitious expansion plans.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to enable data-driven decisions.
Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of finance leadership experience, including 3+ years as a CFO or senior financial executive in a startup or high-growth environment.
Proven track record of successful fundraising and investor relations.
Deep expertise in FP&A, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Experience scaling financial systems in a rapidly growing environment.
Demonstrated understanding of emerging markets, particularly in Africa, including regulatory landscapes, economic conditions, and business practices. Experience in West Africa (Ghana, Francophone markets) or Southern Africa (Zambia) is highly advantageous.
CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance (preferred).
Fluency in French and English (highly advantageous).
