POSITION SUMMARY:
This internship role focuses on transforming key commercial and channel processes into scalable, repeatable systems. The intern will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to build playbooks, tools, and operating models that improve efficiency and reduce dependency on single-threaded ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Commercial Agreements Toolkit including intake checklists, decision trees, and process workflows
Build Distributor Pricing Operating Model including pricing frameworks, margin models, and approval processes
Design Distributor Training Framework with onboarding plans, sample agendas, and cross-functional resource mapping
Create Distributor Council Charter including governance model, engagement structure, and meeting cadence
Partner with Marketing to develop 2027 Trade Show Strategy aligned to channel growth objectives
Document processes into SOPs, workflow diagrams, and toolkits for cross-functional adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate and refine deliverables
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in ambiguity
Remote locations near Hershey, PA, or Cleveland, OH, preferred.
