  • Represent Striim at partner events, field meetings, and executive briefings (up to 50% travel, including international travel to EMEA).
  • Proactively identify gaps in program execution and drive solutions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in a partner-facing, channel, or field execution role within cloud, data, or enterprise technology.
  • Must be based in the US East Coast (ET time zone).
  • Direct experience working with Google Cloud and/or Microsoft, with exposure to Snowflake or AWS a plus.
  • Proven ability to execute programs end-to-end, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and follow through on commitments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems and modern data platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and process discipline.
  • Confident communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders across companies and international geographies.
  • Able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and partner tracking/reporting tools.
  • Comfortable with travel (up to 50%), including international travel to EMEA markets.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting partner-led go-to-market programs or co-sell initiatives across multiple hyperscalers.
  • Familiarity with generalist channel roles spanning multiple partners or technologies.
  • Previous experience executing on partner programs within the EMEA region, primarily in the UK.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and pre-IPO stock options
  • Comprehensive health care plans (medical, dental, vision), including medical and dependent FSA
