We're looking for a dynamic Director of Channel Partnerships to build strategic alliances across the exciting world of MarTech - inclusive of Email/SMS platforms, commerce platforms, mobile apps and mobile measurement partners (MMPs), CRO, and SEO/GEO. Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with key players in the e-commerce, martech, adtech, and mobile app space, including but not limited to Shopify, Adobe Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, Iterable, Klaviyo, Braze, Daasity, Cordial, Appsflyer, Adjust, and Kochava.
Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive joint business plans with partners, outlining clear objectives, strategies, and performance metrics.
Mutual Referral Agreements: Craft and negotiate mutually beneficial joint referral agreements, ensuring clear alignment and shared success.
Integration and Solution Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate solutions with partner platforms, enhancing marketing effectiveness for multi-channel brands and mobile app users. Develop scalable solutions that drive measurable impact and streamline adoption. Work with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
Marketing and Sales Alignment: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing initiatives, event sponsorships, joint webinars, and collaborative content creation.
Partner Enablement: Provide comprehensive training and support to partners, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the MarTech space, staying abreast of emerging trends and competitive developments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and execution of partnership strategies. Provide structured feedback to inform the evolution of Tinuiti’s products and services.
Network Building: Expand and leverage a strong network of key individuals across marketing technologies and the mobile app ecosystem, fostering relationships that drive strategic partnerships.
Multi-Channel Expertise: Utilize expertise in SEO, email marketing, paid media, social, Amazon, retail media networks, customer retention and loyalty, affiliate marketing, and mobile app marketing to build comprehensive partnership strategies.
Mobile App Partnership Management: Develop and maintain partnerships with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and other mobile app marketing platforms, facilitating integrations and driving app user acquisition and engagement.
