About the Role:
If you are a talented Channel Marketing professional that is passionate about partners, committed to delivering results, and looking to join one of the hottest companies in the security industry, CrowdStrike has the perfect position for you. We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager based remotely out of the USA to develop, plan, execute, and deliver a pipeline through strategic joint partner marketing initiatives with our Emerging National Partners.
This individual will be responsible for the planning and execution of partner marketing strategy, campaigns, and enhancing our brand with these two partners in support of the company’s sales and growth goals. With a strong marketing and channel background, this role will act as a subject matter expert for marketing-with, selling-through and enabling these partners in Americas. Additionally, this individual will work with a cross-functional team to further develop partner marketing strategies to drive demand and deliver pipeline to the regions.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to work and communicate cross functionally and with our partners.
What You'll Do:
Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives and measures of success with Consortium, Trace3, Converge, Defy, Presidio, and ePlus
Document plans with these partners and manage executive business reviews, dashboard and reporting.
Develop and implement scalable partner demand generation programs with the regional marketing teams and partners to build pipeline, awareness, and engagement in support of partner sales growth, expanding market share, and pursuing pipeline targets. Activities include both in-person and virtual that are executed regionally, depending upon the prospects and customer targets.
Define and execute campaigns and programs to drive awareness, engagement, and growth
Build relationships with and work closely with regional marketing teams and alliance managers to develop go-to-market plans that create and accelerate demand with these partners.
Work with a virtual cross-functional team of product marketing, sales enablement and marketing managers to ensure overall execution against strategic objectives and priorities
Set partner marketing targets and contribution goals to the business. Set metrics, analyze data, and be accountable for achieving the targets.
Manage MDF budget and funds to ensure partner investments deliver pipeline and ROI
Be an internal advocate for partners among key stakeholders
What You’ll Need:
7-10 years of relevant work experience in marketing with high-technology companies.
Minimum 5 years channel marketing experience working directly with national partners
Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community.
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred.
Thorough working knowledge of best practices in digital marketing and social media and strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
Experience in managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goals.
Excel at cross-group collaboration with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization.
Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
Individual contributor with experience managing programs and budget that aligns with marketing and sales goals and objectives.
Exceptional project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Ability manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule.
Strong creative thinker and problem solver.
Willing to travel up to 25% to be onsite with partners to meet with sales leaders, partners, and attend events (when applicable)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
Knowledge and experience with a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and events.
