The Channel Account Manager, Federal works to execute go-to-market activities that support partner-led growth. In this role, you will identify, mobilize, and manage federal-focused partner channels — including 3PAOs, federal advisory firms, and public-sector systems integrators — to drive lead generation and revenue. You will work closely with sales managers and marketing leaders to develop, enable, and support partners and prospects within your scope, while collaborating on programs and events that promote A‑LIGN's federal service offerings across frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC, and FISMA. As the Channel Account Manager, you will evaluate business opportunities, build strong partner relationships, and secure internal alignment through clear written documentation, all while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A‑LIGN will depend on you to leverage your experience and network within the federal compliance and cybersecurity partner ecosystem to help establish a strong foundation for long-term program growth.

Responsibilities- Manage, prospect, and develop key relationships with existing and prospective federal partners — including 3PAOs, advisory firms, and public-sector systems integrators
- Drive and manage the partner review process for focus, transactional, and minor-tier federal partners
- Support the partner review/QBR process with Strategic and Key federal partners
- Support and drive partner marketing campaigns aligned to A‑LIGN's federal service offerings
- Track and forecast lead metrics and correlate them to revenue achievement across the federal partner portfolio
- Report on business performance and program status to leadership
- Develop new processes and formats to address business needs and increase output
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other relevant field
EXPERIENCE
- Dynamic, high-energy sales professional with a minimum of 5–7 years' experience in Channel Sales and solution selling, ideally within federal or public-sector markets
- Existing relationships and contacts within the federal compliance and cybersecurity landscape — such as 3PAOs, federal advisory firms, and public-sector systems integrators
- Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact
- Salesforce and O365 (preferred)
