Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and motivated Change Manager to join our Global Business Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing a consistent change management framework to reduce resistance, eliminate negative unintended consequences, communicate enterprise shifts, and maximize solution adoption.
You will join our Enterprise Project Management Office, a dynamic and fast-paced organization whose mission is to be a trusted strategic partner to our internal and external customers through optimization, standardization, and enterprise capabilities.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Change Agility & Capability Building: Build internal organizational capabilities through targeted coaching, training, and best practice sharing to foster a culture of agility.
- Global Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with project teams and business leaders globally to identify change requests, assess impacts on people and processes, and align approaches with digital transformation goals.
- Communication & Messaging Strategy: Create high-quality content and communication materials that clearly articulate organizational shifts and promote User Experience enhancements to ensure all stakeholders remain informed.
- Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Establish and analyze change management and User Experience metrics to measure process effectiveness, monitor industry trends, and drive efficiency within the enterprise office.
- Governance & Risk Mitigation: Drive Working Groups and Steering Committees to facilitate collaborative decision-making, establish executive-level trust, and proactively mitigate implementation risks.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated change management role.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks—such as Prosci and the ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) model—and associated tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large, time-sensitive initiatives across global, cross-functional domains (including Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Real Estate).
- Demonstrated proficiency leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools and prompt engineering to optimize communication efficiency, stakeholder analysis, and training delivery.
- Prosci Change Management certification is highly desirable.
