Make your impact at a leading Fintech Company

BILL is replacing a disconnected, manual finance systems landscape with an integrated Oracle Fusion Cloud and Salesforce platform across Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Core Finance. The program spans order management, billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report. It is one of the largest internal investments BILL is making in how Finance, Sales, and Operations work.

We are looking for a Change Manager to own the people side of this program. You will be BILL's change management lead alongside our systems integration partner. You will turn design decisions into clear changes for each team, prepare leaders and end users for go-live, and measure adoption after launch. This is a high-visibility role working directly with the Controller, Finance Transformation leadership, and business process owners across Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Sales Operations, and Product.

Responsibilities
  • Own BILL's organizational change management (OCM) strategy and plan for the program. Align it to program milestones from Global Design through Release 1 (Oracle Financials) and Release 2 (Quote-to-Cash).
  • Lead stakeholder assessments and change impact assessments by workstream. Translate process and system design decisions into specific role, process, control, and policy changes for each impacted team.
  • Build and run a change network of business process owners and key users across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product. Use the network to surface resistance early and drive readiness.
  • Build leadership alignment and sponsor engagement plans. Equip executive sponsors and functional leaders with the messages and decisions needed to drive adoption.
  • Develop and execute the program communications plan, including leadership messages, team briefings, and go-live readiness communications.
  • Partner with training leads and the systems integration partner on end-user training strategy, training needs analysis, and delivery for build, test, and cutover.
  • Define and track adoption and readiness metrics before and after go-live. Use the results to adjust plans and close gaps.
  • Report change management status, risks, and issues to the Project Management Office (PMO) and Steering Committees. Escalate and resolve adoption risks early.
We'd love to chat if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. MBA or graduate degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of change management and/or communications experience on strategic transformations.
  • Hands-on experience leading change for an ERP or finance transformation (Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, or similar). Quote-to-Cash, billing, or revenue experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design and execute change strategies in complex, matrixed organizations. This includes working with an external systems integrator.
  • Experience running stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, change networks, and adoption metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can turn technical design into plain language for executives and end users.
  • Ability to influence without authority, build trusted relationships, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prosci, ACMP (CCMP), or equivalent change management certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to increase efficiency across change, communications, and training work.
