Marketing Manager reporting to the Marketing Director for the Consulting practice, as a strategic, hands‑on leader responsible for driving growth for Armanino’s Corporate Finance & Advisory service line. This role translates business goals into integrated go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives, creates high‑impact content and campaigns, and partners closely with practice leadership to deepen market presence and accelerate pipeline. The ideal candidate is a proactive strategist with strong executional capability, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Lead execution of the Advisory team strategic marketing plan, ensuring alignment with broader firm GTM objectives and business priorities.
Serve as the primary marketing advisor to Advisory Partners and Directors, shaping messaging, visibility strategies, industry positioning and growth motions.
Evaluate market opportunities across priority industries such as Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Private Equity, Real Estate and tailor campaigns accordingly. As well as collaborating with other service line areas in the firm such as Tax, Technology Consulting and Outsourcing.
Campaign Strategy & Ownership
Build and manage integrated, multi‑channel campaigns—including, but not limited to nurture streams, digital and events—to generate awareness, MQLs, and revenue impact.
Develop and drive the full lifecycle of campaign development: strategy, messaging, content, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Partner with Marketing Leaders, SDRs, Partners, Service Area Leaders and BD teams to support pipeline acceleration and strengthen conversion paths.
Content Strategy & Development
Produce and oversee development of high‑value content (thought leadership, case studies, videos, infographics, industry pieces) in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the creative team.
Oversee and manage web content updates for CFOA service pages, ensuring accuracy, SEO alignment and cohesive positioning.
Maintain Armanino brand, voice, and quality standards across all content, partnering closely with design, content, and digital teams.
Event & Field Marketing Oversight
Take ownership, lead planning and execution of CFOA conferences, sponsorships, industry events, and referral luncheons/happy hours/diners, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable ROI.
Oversee event workflows, pre‑event communications, SME enablement, and post‑event follow‑up.
Stakeholder & Practice Leadership Collaboration
Participate in pipeline meetings, forecast reviews, and practice leadership discussions, providing marketing insight and driving accountability to growth goals.
Manage communications and alignment with multiple stakeholders across CFOA, Marketing, Digital, BD, and the Executive team.
Project & Operations Management
Use Adobe Workfront, CRM, and marketing systems to manage timelines, workflows, reporting, campaign assets, and cross‑functional deliverables.
Coordinate and optimize marketing budgets across campaigns and events, tracking spends and performance with rigor.
Performance Measurement & Analytics
Define KPIs for all marketing initiatives and report performance regularly to CFOA leaders and the Marketing Director.
Apply test‑and‑learn methodologies to enhance campaign performance, content effectiveness, and targeting sophistication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or related experience) preferred
Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, corporate finance, or related industries.
Proven success managing complex, multi‑channel marketing programs with measurable pipeline impact.
Strong stakeholder management experience, including direct engagement with Partners, Directors, and SMEs.
Excellent writing, messaging, and communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing systems such as CRM tools, project management, analytics platforms.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $95,000 - $140,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
