Job Description

CEO Stakeholder Relations creates value by building and protecting Allstate's reputation. We drive action and advocacy among key stakeholders by telling Allstate's broader story and building a shared belief in Allstate as an innovative, customer-centric and caring company. The CEO Stakeholder Relations Expert develops, plans, designs, implements and maintains programs and initiatives for the department that help accelerate Allstate's competitive advantage through reputation, increase confidence in Allstate's business strategy and create a more purpose-driven culture. They build and sustain strong relationships with others within and outside the department, and across many leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities

Drives strategic planning and execution of CEO participation in high-profile events, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, thought leadership initiatives, and stakeholder expectations.

Collaborates across teams to ensure strategic alignment, consistency in messaging, and seamless execution of engagements across internal and external platforms.

Cultivates trusted relationships with internal leaders, external partners, and influencers to advance CEO priorities and strengthen enterprise reputation.

Develops high-impact, research-informed briefing materials for engagements, supporting leadership forums, employee town halls, stakeholder meetings, and curated discussions.

Conducts stakeholder analysis and tracks performance metrics to inform engagement strategy and measure impact.

Applies data-driven insights to shape stakeholder engagement strategies and positioning.

Oversees team operations, including fulfillment of CEO requests, stakeholder follow-ups, mailbox oversight, and relationship management.

Supports budget oversight and vendor management for the team, ensuring operational efficiency.

Exercises sound judgment and critical thinking in managing confidential information, solving complex challenges, and anticipating stakeholder needs.

Experience

• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Proven track record of managing high-level executive engagements and cross-functional initiatives.

Experience developing briefing materials and messaging for senior leaders, with a focus on clarity, impact, and strategic alignment.

Strong background in relationship management, data analysis, and event strategy.

Demonstrated ability to lead projects in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high visibility.

Familiarity with CRM tools, performance tracking systems, and media/social media platforms.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 98,100.00 - 167,850.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
