Job Summary:
As a Centralized Money Movement Analyst in the WLS Flow Products Team, you will manage escalated requests, lead project initiatives, and train team members, ensuring efficient loan servicing and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Process line of credit and loan transactions using ACBS and Loan IQ systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with internal partners and resources.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple functions and processes.
  • Create and execute UAT testing scripts for various applications.
  • Handle complex research and escalation requests, notifying senior management as needed.
  • Train new and existing staff, developing training materials for process and system changes.
  • Edit procedures with feedback from global managers before publishing.
  • Coach team members on processes and high-touch client interactions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year as a Grade 450 - Loan Servicing Specialist IV within any WLS Flow team.
  • High productivity and quality performance, ranking in the top 30% of the current team.
  • Proficient in ACBS, Loan IQ, and support systems (MITS, ANG, PRPC, SHREK).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in global team environments and maintain high performance under stress.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience in process improvement and idea generation.
  • Ability to adapt to internal tracking and monitoring systems.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
