Site Operations & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Site Managers, site study teams, and internal leadership to develop and execute action plans that address operational risks, enrollment challenges, sponsor escalations and identify operational gaps and implement corrective or preventative actions.
  • Provides site-level oversight to ensure adherence to Adams Clinical procedures, study protocols, GCP, and sponsor expectations.

  • Drive de novo site launches and acquired site integrations, ensuring SOPs, systems, staffing, and reporting structures are implemented efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize workflows across Site Operations to reduce variability, improve consistency, and mitigate operational risk.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a liaison between the Clinical Operations and Quality teams to support audit readiness, inspection preparation, and timely implementation of corrective and preventative actions
  • Coordinate network-wide projects across multiple sites, tracking metrics, timelines, dependencies, and standardizing reporting and documentation practices.
  • Lead the rollout of study updates, protocol amendments, and operational changes across all network sites, ensuring timely and consistent implementation while actively sharing best practices to promote standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Lead or support cross-functional operational initiatives such as process improvement projects, technology implementations, workflow optimization, sponsor-requested initiatives, and organizational scaling efforts.

Sponsor & Business Support

  • Support business development and growth initiatives by providing operational insights, site readiness assessments, enrollment projections, and operational expertise during sponsor engagements to support sponsor satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with sponsors by providing proactive operational updates, resolving study execution challenges, and supporting successful study delivery across the network.
