Position Summary
The Category Manager Walmart is responsible for the MOD drawing and execution for all Walmart e.l.f. beauty brands.
Responsibilities:
- Modular execution of planograms in JDA Blue Yonder software for e.l.f. Cosmetics
- Develop and ensure each season that planograms meet both the customer and e.l.f. beauty visual standards
- Responsible for quality control of planograms ensuring accuracy of deliverables, often requiring engagement and collaboration with other internal and external business partners
- Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to utilize business insights and analytics to support business growth at Walmart as it pertains to the planograms
- Attend multiple in-person meetings with the Walmart buyers throughout the entire modular process each season
- Ability to effectively present and influence at all levels both internally and externally
- Identifying e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analytics
- Ad hoc reporting and analytics that drive actionable insights
- Ability to use data-driven insights to make recommendations for specific modular plans
- Brief inline & off-shelf programs into Wrike & follow up on progress
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of JDA prospace experience, white wall/cosmetics experience preferred
- Excellent Microsoft office suite knowledge, with specific focus on excel and powerpoint
- Detail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Passion for beauty
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Travel required
The base salary range for this role is listed above.
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
