What will I be doing:
- Initial processing and setup of new personal injury cases
- Gather essential client information, draft legal correspondence, and populate all applicable software systems
- Create and organize digital case folders
- Send and track missing documents and client signatures
- Call and file claims with third parties, including but not limited to, at fault and subrogation carriers
- Proactively obtain missing data, i.e., insurance cards, ssn’s, health insurance releases
- Utilize portals to verify and submit documentation
- Ensure files are “audit ready” for review

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Learn and navigate case management software – FileVine experience a plus
- Attention to detail – data entry and legal document drafting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume, fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Associate’s degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
- Prior experience in law firm, insurance claims, or administrative role is a strong plus
- Bilingual – English/Spanish highly preferred
- Office – onsite role
