DNSFilter’s mission is to protect our customers and partners with products they love to use! We are revolutionizing network security by providing fast, accurate, and reliable threat protection and content filtering. We're a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating a safer internet for businesses and organizations worldwide. Leveraging AI-driven threat intelligence, DNSFilter empowers our customers to proactively block threats before they impact their networks. We foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture where every team member contributes to our mission of making the internet safer.

As we continue our product-fueled growth by adding new features and broadening our solution to meet the needs of the global market, it's clear there's a missing piece. That's where you come in!

We are building a high-velocity demand engine and are seeking a hands-on Campaigns Marketing Manager who is both creative and commercial. This individual must be passionate about creating campaigns that cut through the noise and generate a real, actionable pipeline. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role is central to our Go-to-Market (GTM) execution. Qualified candidates excel at packaging campaigns, building nurture programs, and turning ideas into launched programs that convert. They care deeply about performance, know how to create momentum, and proactively identify and act on opportunities instead of waiting to be told what to fix.

This is not a passive marketing role; we are a lean, fast-moving organization. You will be deeply involved in the tools, the data, and the execution every week. You should be proficient with systems like Asana for work scheduling and updating a PMO, and be able to flex when needed. You will help translate DNSFilter’s GTM strategy into high-performing campaigns that generate validated pipeline. If you are energized by building campaigns that drive revenue, this role is for you.
This is a full-time role for candidates who have and can work successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up.
Eligible for remote candidates in the United States and Canada, with a preference for candidates living near the Greater Tampa Bay area, available for a Hybrid position.

We recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job. If you feel like this job is for you, please apply. We believe diversity of experience and skills, including transferable skills, combined with passion, is a key to innovation and excellence; therefore, we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions!

To Qualify for this role, You Have:

  • 4–7 years of B2B SaaS or cybersecurity campaign marketing experience
  • Proven ability to generate actionable, validated pipeline
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns
  • Comfort working inside marketing automation platforms and CRMs
  • A strong understanding of how demand channels work and how to optimize them
  • Ability to work independently while also taking direction
  • Creative instincts paired with analytical discipline
  • A bias toward action and ownership

Bonus points for:

  • Cybersecurity industry experience

At DNSFilter, You Will:

  • Be measured by pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and conversion quality.
  • Build and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, webinars, content syndication, field, and partner channels
  • Package campaigns, nurture programs, and pipeline activities that drive engagement and conversion
  • Work pan-GTM with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Operations to bring campaigns to life
  • Own campaign execution from setup through launch, optimization, and reporting
  • Optimize channels and messaging based on performance data
  • Continuously test creative, offers, and formats to improve results
  • Support ABM and account-based initiatives where needed
  • Help maintain campaign calendars, workflows, and performance dashboards
  • Identify what’s working, what’s not — and proactively improve it

We Offer:

  • Pathway to promotion to additional organizational positions and responsibilities based upon results and performance, not just time in the chair.  You help us grow, and we will help you grow.
  • Passionate and intelligent colleagues who work hard and have a good time doing it
  • Paid company-wide week off at the end of each year
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Awesome company swag
  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits for US, UK, and Canada-based employees
  • Full short-term disability and life benefits; available long-term disability
  • Retirement savings account options with vested company matching for qualifying employees
  • In-person annual gatherings. Last time we all spent a week on a beach in the Dominican Republic!
