The Role:

Sauce Labs is seeking a dynamic Campaigner to join our innovative team. As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote and elevate the Sauce Labs brand to our target audiences.. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and sales, to develop and execute highly effective campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. This role reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage end-to-end campaign execution process - including planning, creative development, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  1. Content creation and management:
  • Content creation for landing pages, emails, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaign materials.
  1. Data-driven analysis and optimization:
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including ROI, lead conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and recommend strategies for optimization.
  1. Collaboration and project management:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, demand generation, and sales, to ensure campaign alignment and support.
  • Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.
  1. Market research and competitive analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to ensure campaign relevance and innovation.
  • Analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify opportunities to differentiate and position Sauce Labs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience 2 years as a marketing campaign or a similar role, preferably in the software/technology industry.
  • Knowledge or understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and demand generation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging campaign content and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Passion for technology and the software industry.

We are a hybrid workplace that recognizes the importance of flexibility while valuing in-person collaboration and relationship building. As a result, Saucers located near an office location must be able and willing to come into the office. Those hired remotely must be able and willing to travel to an office as required by the specific role.

We are excited to share the base salary for this position exclusive of fringe benefits, potential bonuses or stock-based compensation. Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members at Sauce Labs that are similarly situated.
