Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
Develops integrated GTM marketing plans and manages campaign strategy, clearly communicating ROI expectations and performance to stakeholders and SMEs Evaluates and optimizes marketing performance using data-driven insights, delivering consistent performance updates to key stakeholders. Thoughtfully curates and understands segment strategy and application to marketing across the marketing funnel and partner journey to build effective assets that drive the GTM motions. Gains near-expert understanding of the solution category, including competitive landscape, trends, and cross-solution integration. Documents strategy and effectively presents concepts across various stakeholder groups to communicate strategy and outcomes, while making strategic recommendations on optimization of process and outcomes. Participates in key events and programs to stay updated on emerging thought leadership within the channel.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in a technology-based environment, with proven experience in a Campaign Solutions or Campaign Management role. Experience supporting Managed Service Providers (MSPs and Security solutions a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering strategic and integrated GTM plans using large data sets to identify white space opportunity, target audience details, and overall campaign performance KPIs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment.
- Ability to think strategically while also executing daily deliverables with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and persuasive speaking skills to various stakeholder levels with experience pitching marketing concepts, accepting feedback, implementing ideas, and reporting outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with marketing and project management software (Workfront, Miro, Salesforce, and Marketo a plus).
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, in a late-stage start-up culture.
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $90,000 to $113,000 or more depending on experience.
