Position Summary
Yes Energy is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our marketing team and drive pipeline across a defined set of market segments. This is a role for someone who brings both strategic thinking and strong execution: you will develop the approach for your campaigns, build and run them, and refine them based on the data.
You will work alongside a Senior Campaign Manager and report to the Director of Demand Generation, contributing to both new-logo and expansion-pipeline goals. The right person has deep email marketing experience, is proficient in HubSpot, and is comfortable writing and managing outreach in a sales engagement platform.

Primary Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and run campaigns for assigned segments, developing the approach from initial concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Execution & Channel Mix: Manage audience selection, messaging, and channel mix, ensuring optimal timing for maximum engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and lead quality.
- Email Marketing & Copywriting: Write compelling email copy and manage outreach sequences within a sales engagement platform.
- Marketing Automation: Build and manage campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring technical accuracy and proper lead routing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams on coordinated outreach programs and align with product teams on key messaging.
- Pipeline Growth: Contribute to broader demand generation planning to meet both new logo and account expansion goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management or demand generation.
- High proficiency in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools) and Salesforce.
- Experience using platforms like SalesLoft, Outreach, or Apollo to write and manage outreach sequences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with marketing performance data and draw clear, actionable conclusions.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly for high-conversion email and outreach copy.

- Strategic Thinking: Comes to the table with a point of view on how a campaign should work, focusing on outcomes rather than just execution.
- Ownership & Initiative: Organized and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously; takes accountability for results and iteration.
- Stakeholder Focus: Thinks about what a program is designed to achieve for the customer and the business, adjusting when something is not working.
- Effective Communication: Collaborative across marketing, sales, and product teams; able to articulate campaign goals and results clearly.
- Problem Solving: A bias toward action and iteration, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the lead generation process.
- Preferred Experience: Background in B2B SaaS, experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and familiarity with event/webinar management.
