Marketing at Intapp is organized around vertical go-to-market motions — and the financial services segment is one of the most complex and competitive. The Campaign Manager, Financial Services sits at the center of that effort, owning the full campaign lifecycle for a vertical that spans private equity, investment banking, capital markets, and alternative asset management. Reporting to the Global Paid Media and Financial Services GTM Programs Director, this role has direct influence on how Intapp shows up with buyers and how marketing moves pipeline.

Day to day, this means translating business priorities and active sales plays into integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns — managing briefs, audience targeting, timelines, asset development, and performance reporting across a wide set of stakeholders. You'll work closely with PMM, creative, marketing operations, field marketing, and editorial to keep programs on strategy and on schedule, and you'll be the person who turns campaign data into clear signals for the sales team and senior leadership. Experience with B2B campaign operations, marketing automation platforms, project management tools, and financial services industry contexts will all be relevant here.

What You Will Do:

As a Campaign Manager, Financial Services, you can expect to:

  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the financial services verticals, managing timelines, briefs, and launch plans from kickoff through measurement.
  • Own audience deployment in partnership with Marketing Operations — requesting and validating lists, segment filters, suppression logic, and play-based targeting to protect the buyer journey and cover gaps in target account coverage.
  • Lead cross-functional working teams across PMM, creative, partner marketing, client marketing, editorial, and channel owners to drive campaign execution from brief to launch.
  • Build and maintain a full-year integrated marketing plan that spans campaign sequencing, content milestones, paid activations, and event overlaps across all marketing functions.
  • Report campaign performance to senior stakeholders and sales leadership through regular readout meetings, QBRs, and steering committee presentations, translating data into pipeline impact and actionable recommendations.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and readiness in Asana with cross-functional teams to monitor risks, delays, and approvals.

What You Will Need:

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team.

  • Demonstrated experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or lifecycle marketing in a B2B environment, with a track record of executing programs that move pipeline
  • Strong cross-functional project leadership skills — comfortable managing multiple simultaneous workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders across a matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and campaign management platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, or Pardot
  • An analytical mindset — able to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, interpret performance data, and translate insights into campaign adjustments
  • GTM and messaging fluency — able to connect campaign strategy to business objectives and engage credibly with field sales, PMM, and senior leadership
  • Experience in the financial services industry or within a highly matrixed organization
