We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner. This role is fully remote.
Description:
- Handle customer calls with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and product questions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
