Key responsibilities :
Address post-handover tasks, mitigation plans, and review QA requirements.
Align Sub-contractor Quality Requirements (SQR) and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
Establish audit plans, review lessons learned, and compile the site quality book per standards.
Implement quality plans, manage documents, and oversee Non-Conformance Management (NCM).
Supervise inspection activities, ensure qualification/calibration, and maintain quality records.
Conduct audits, monitor QA performance, resolve complaints, and execute corrective actions.
Finalize open issues including punch lists and non-conformances.
Capture lessons learned and close out project documentation.
Coordinate handover milestones and document as-built processes.
Minimum requirements:
Graduated P. Eng in Mechanical or Electrical (preferred) from accredited school with minimum 2 years of experience in heavy mechanical installation
OR
Certified construction tradesman with strong QA/QC awareness and minimum 5 years of pertinent site experience in heavy mechanical installation
Excellent English language proficiency.
Willingness to work at various powerhouse locations. Must be able to travel and commit to full-time site installation work.

The salary range for this position is 80,700.00 - 100,900.00 - 121,100.00 USD Annual The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
