The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented team member to lead business advancement activities in partnership with department heads. The role will guide future business strategies, champion enterprise change, and increase effectiveness.
Day in Life
The Business Transformation Manager partners closely with Growth leadership and cross‑functional teams to advance strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. On a typical day, this role works across priorities—aligning stakeholders, facilitating discussions, translating business needs into actionable insights, and supporting progress across multiple initiatives. The role balances strategic thinking with hands‑on collaboration, ensuring teams remain aligned, informed, and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes while adapting to evolving priorities.
- This role will be tasked with identifying challenged and/or underperforming business areas that impact sales/retention goals and partner with internal stakeholders to implement process and enterprise improvements.
- Leads a wide-range of strategic and cross-functional initiatives from deal support to building cross-functional teams.
- Assess existing processes, systems, and organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map workflows, and document business needs
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and measure the impact of transformation initiatives
- Develop and present business cases, project plans, and implementation roadmaps
- Support the execution of strategic projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and outcomes are met
- Track performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide recommendations for resolution
- Stay informed on industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies that support transformation
- Create a repository for process, project documentation and best practices.
- Oversee Growth enterprise improvement initiatives and delivery for key revenue opportunities.
- Monitors and evaluates process improvement performance, expectations, goals and measures direct impacts on sales, retention and cross-sell goals.
- Proactively identifies and solves complex problems that impact the management, relationships and direction of the business.
- Performs as a leader and thought partner on cross-functional management teams as needed to create enterprise excellence.
- Identifies sales and retention risks, implements effective controls, minimizes risks and successfully evaluates controls.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seven (7)+ years of experience within a financial institution or similarly complex organization, with exposure to operations, sales, marketing, sales operations, platform, or member services.
- Demonstrated experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or enterprise change initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred), Agile, or comparable process improvement frameworks.

- Proven ability to partner with cross‑functional and senior leaders to analyze business problems, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to executive‑level audiences.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions and interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel, credit unions and vendors
- Proficiency in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet computer software applications

Pay Equity
$95,800.00 - $124,500.00Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
