We are searching for the best talent for a Business Transformation Lead to join our MedTech team.

Purpose:
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Manager to lead key transformation efforts within our large-scale Customer Experience Management (CXM) initiative. This role is pivotal in driving the business to optimally adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working, with a focus on improving sales efficiency and overall operational effectiveness over a two-year duration. The successful candidate will partner closely with IT and various teams, representing business leadership in the transformation to translate strategic goals into tangible improvements that benefit customer engagement and organizational performance.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead Change, Adoption & Business Impact via Value Realization: Develop and implement strategies ensuring that the business embraces new capabilities effectively, leading to measurable improvements in productivity and operational efficiency.
- Partner with IT & Support Successful Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee technology solutions meet business needs. Remove barriers proactively to facilitate seamless integration that improves sales efforts and customer interactions.
- Drive Clear, Customer-Centric Messaging: Partner with Change & Communications to develope motivating communications that articulate how the transformation supports sales teams, addresses customer needs, and supports business goals.
- Lead Program Launches & Continuous Improvement: Support deployment activities, capture feedback from team members, and drive iterative improvements to enhance value and operational gains.
- Establish & Track Critical Metrics for Business Benefits: Set up dashboards and metrics focused on adoption, process improvements, and sales efficency. Take ownership for achieving targets and ensuring benefits are realized.
- Lead Cross-Functional Forums & Leadership Alignment: Facilitate collaboration through forums, executive meetings, and workgroups—driving alignment, resolving obstacles, and maintaining momentum.
- Champion Stakeholder Engagement & Change Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution aligned with business priorities.
- Support Training & Organizational Enablement: Identify training needs, assist in the creation of targeted learning materials, and support capacity-building efforts to sustain changes and drive ongoing productivity.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, engineering, economics or a related field.
- 6+ years of sales, marketing, or related experience.
- Experience in organizational change and business transformation, with a solid track record of improving sales productivity and operational efficiency.
- Deep commercial background—preferably in sales and/or marketing—with a robust understanding of customer needs and how to improve commercial effectiveness.
- Demonstrated success leading initiatives that deliver measurable operational improvements.
- Strong facilitation, leadership, and influencing skills—comfortable working with senior leadership and across BUs, Regions, and Functions.
- Excellent communicator, capable of translating sophisticated initiatives into clear, compelling messages.
- Data-driven approach to effectively measure adoption, elimination of manual work, and associated gains in productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation projects and/or business improvement initiatives.
- Proven leadership in navigating complex environments to deliver targeted improvements in operations and business outcomes.
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end Sales process flows is highly desirable
- Cross-functional experience in either Marketing or Clinical Support is preferred
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
- Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
