Our approach is collaborative with governments, utilities, cities, and regions to ensure development is targeted for the optimal locations to maximize the economic development benefits for the community while being good stewards of the land and minimizing the impact on neighbors.

Position Overview:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll work closely with business teams and the technology group to understand how work gets done and shape the systems that support it. You’ll help teams define their needs, translate them into system and process changes, and guide those changes from planning through rollout. The role blends process analysis, system configuration, project coordination, and user support—making you a key partner in how Tract Capital operates and grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to understand goals, workflows, and challenges
  • Translate findings into clear requirements and actionable solutions
  • Configure system elements (workflows, approval logic, data fields, forms) or coordinate with technical teams when development is required
  • Document current and future processes, coordinate testing, and ensure changes meet business needs
  • Create reference materials and deliver live or recorded training sessions to support adoption
  • Monitor support requests to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain clean system rules, data structures, and permissions to support stability and scalability

Examples of Projects You Might Support

  • Configuring approval workflows based on project size or spend thresholds
  • Importing structured contract or order data when automation alone isn’t sufficient
  • Maintaining milestone dates that drive billing, reporting, or operational handoffs
  • Supporting revenue and billing teams by ensuring systems reflect agreement terms
  • Reviewing user roles and access to balance visibility and security

What Makes You Successful Here

  • You listen closely and ask clear, practical questions
  • You can explain processes simply, without adding confusion
  • You’re comfortable making decisions with evolving or imperfect information
  • You design solutions that work for the people who will actually use them

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of business analyst experience
  • Experience with ERP or CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred; Salesforce a plus)
  • Strong skills in process mapping, workflow documentation, and testing coordination
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence working across Finance, Sales, Operations, and technology teams

Preferred

  • Telecommunications engineering or operations experience
  • Large, complex program management experience
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt)
  • Familiarity with process architecture, UML, or BPM tools

Expected Salary Range: Total Compensation $115,000 to $165,000 (Base + Annual Bonus)
