About the Role
PopSockets operates across multiple retail and ecommerce channels, a custom OMS, localized ERPs, and global 3PL partners in North America and Asia. We’re hiring a Business Systems Analyst to bring structure and clarity across that ecosystem.
This role focuses on end-to-end order flow, integration reliability, and disciplined requirements delivery. As we continue our return to growth, our systems need to scale cleanly and predictably. This role ensures they do.
This is a hands-on systems role. It is not a coordination-only BA position.
What You’ll Work On:
Order Lifecycle & Integration Health
· Support and improve order flow across sales channels, custom OMS, ERP, and 3PL systems
· Diagnose and reduce integration failures between OMS and fulfillment partners
· Improve order routing logic accuracy and data consistency
· Increase visibility into fulfillment status discrepancies
· Support light configuration updates within our Microsoft Dynamics environment
Requirements & Systems Delivery
· Translate business needs into structured system requirements and technical specifications
· Author and manage user stories in Jira, including clear acceptance criteria and traceability
· Create process documentation and data definitions in Confluence
· Support UAT and validation of enhancements across OMS and ERP
· Partner with engineering and operations on rollout planning
Systems Analysis
· Investigate ERP-to-OMS data mismatches and operational exceptions
· Analyze datasets to identify systemic risk areas or inefficiencies
· Build reporting or dashboards to support operational decision-making
Cross-Functional Leadership
· Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Product
· Lead structured requirements sessions
· Serve as a systems subject matter resource during issue resolution
Why This Role Matters
We operate across multiple sales channels and global fulfillment partners. As we grow, disciplined system integration becomes a competitive advantage.
This role has room to expand into broader systems ownership over time for someone who demonstrates strong technical judgment and operational understanding.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-6 years as a Business or Systems Analyst in ecommerce or operational environments
- Experience working with OMS, ERP, and fulfillment system integrations
- Experience writing and managing user stories in Jira
- Strong understanding of multi-channel order flow
- Comfort reading JSON/XML and understanding API-based integrations
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
- Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation
- Clear, structured communicator with strong problem-solving instincts
