About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Go-to-Market team and drive the transformation of our partner experience. You will play a critical role in optimizing the Salesforce-based tools and processes that power our alliance/channel partner ecosystem and internal operations teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead business analysis efforts for partner portal and Salesforce transformation projects that enhance how partners interact with CrowdStrike

  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements from alliance/channel teams and internal operations stakeholders into functional specifications

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, partner certifications, partner information management, and approval workflows

  • Design and implement reporting and dashboard solutions that provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement in the partner experience

  • Conduct user acceptance testing, create test plans, and ensure solutions meet business requirements

  • Develop training materials and provide support for new features and enhancements

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities and stakeholder groups

  • Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably with Salesforce platforms

  • Strong understanding of partner/channel operations, partner portals, or B2B partner ecosystems

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Partner Community/Experience Cloud, CPQ

  • Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation

  • Experience with reporting and dashboard design (Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Tableau, or similar)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive consensus

  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Bonus Points:

  • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification

  • Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) systems

  • Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Experience in cybersecurity or technology industry

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $100,000 - $155,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
