The Role:
Our Rockrimmon site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to help define, document, and improve our software systems and operational workflows. This hybrid role bridges the gap between quality assurance and business process design, ensuring that our systems meet both user needs and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new and existing software systems.
Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Assist in the design and validation of system flows, user interfaces, and data structures.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process maps, user stories, test cases, and procedures.
Support software testing efforts by defining quality criteria, executing test plans, and tracking results and issues.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements or corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
What We Seek:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Quality Assurance, or a related field with 3-5 years experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality management systems (QMS).
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Experience with ERP system (SAP Preferred).
Experience with ERP, MES, or LIMS systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Understanding of data modeling and basic SQL is a plus.

Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
