Job Description
Are you ready to make an impact in the world of Film & TV? Join NBCUniversal as a Business Solutions Manager and be part of our dynamic Studios Technical Solutions team!
As a Business Solutions Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving analytics initiatives for our Film business, supporting areas like Global Data Strategy, Film Strategy & Development, Marketing, Theatrical Distribution, and Finance. You'll manage technical program delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, and partner with technical operations and engineering teams to advance our data and analytics strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Film business users to drive requirements, analyze data, and implement technical solutions.
  • Manage technology requests for supported business groups across Film.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technology partners for roadmap planning and product feature prioritization.
  • Partner across Enterprise Teams to implement technical solutions for our Film business.
  • Manage and support analytics projects across various business areas.
  • Oversee budgets, project finances, scope, estimates, and stakeholder communication.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational activities across solutions utilized by the business.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Requirements/ Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • 6+ years of experience developing technology solutions to address business needs.
  • 6+ years of experience in application production support and change management processes.
  • 5+ years of experience working with data and analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technology, including system architecture, infrastructure, integration, software development processes, and security technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative solutions.
  • Must be willing to work hybrid in Universal City, CA.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Global Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Experience with data platforms and technologies such as BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, S3, Python & SQL.
  • Understanding of the digital landscape and drivers influencing consumer behaviors.
  • Experience in television network, television studio, and streaming.
  • Experience managing large BI and data analytics projects.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Experience with ML and Data Science tools.

Additional Requirements:
  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
