Job Summary / Purpose:

As Business Relationship Manager, we expect you to partner with members of the sales team in order to build new business to business (B2B) growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential new referral sources, showcasing our value proposition and sparking interest to generate qualified meetings. You will  be a champion of creating a world-class experience for referral sources. 

Success Metrics: 

● Prospecting for Lead Generation Opportunities 

● Creation of New Account Opportunities 

● Generating Qualified Sales Meetings

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Leverage internal and external resources to generate new leads while tracking all  outreach in CRM system (Salesforce) 

● Develop and implement new and creative outreach strategies to help penetrate  markets 

● Developing and establishing relationships with new referral accounts  

● Communicate effectively and professionally, both with internal and external company  communication 

● Be patient, understanding, and customer service oriented in all customer interactions  both internal and external 

● Increasing the amount of new B2B account business for the sales organization  

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

● 2+ years of sales experience in a corporate environment (required) 

● Deliver results and meet performance/sales goals & quotas 

● Time management, organization, follow-up and multi-tasking skills 

● Working knowledge of CRM, preferably salesforce 

● Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal 

● Excellent customer service skills 

Salary - $60k-$70k
