Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight
- Lead, mentor, and develop the PET Supply Specialist, ensuring high‑quality execution of CMO site profile updates, invoice management, and End‑of‑Day processing.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities including CMO record maintenance, financial workflow tracking, batch status updates, and customer/dose documentation.
- Provide direction and remove barriers to support collaboration across CMO Operations, Material Planning, Procurement, Contracts, and Finance.
- Monitor and manage contract service levels for PET US & CAN CMOs, including tracking performance and coordinating required adjustments.
Process Design & Standardization
- Map, document, and optimize workflows related to CMO onboarding, system requirements, and ongoing external‑partner maintenance.
- Develop standardized, scalable procedures for invoice auditing and timely payment processing across all CMOs.
- Establish harmonized processes to support clinical study supply, ensuring alignment with Medical Affairs, Pharma Services, and R&D requirements.
Cross‑Functional and Global Collaboration
- Lead cross‑functional working sessions to clarify actions, dependencies, and support needs across internal operations and support teams and external CMO partners.
- Partner with global supply chain and operations groups to harmonize workflows that enhance efficiency, visibility, and operational performance.
- Serve as a liaison to CMO IT, Finance, and other enabling functions to ensure consistency, compliance, and timely issue resolution around system set-up and invoice payments.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Implement KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring tools to track CMO data transmission accuracy, financial accuracy, workflow compliance, and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on radiopharmaceutical procurement, production, and distribution processes.
- Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for supply disruptions, invoice discrepancies, or systematic process inefficiencies.
Governance & Compliance
- Maintain and enforce the process governance framework across PET supply operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements governing radiopharmaceutical production, documentation, and distribution.
- Develop a the documentation library, including SOPs, process maps, training materials, and controlled documents for new site set-up and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in process management, operations planning, finance, supply chain, or analytics—preferably in a manufacturing‑support environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, triage, and resolve operational and process‑workflow issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with enterprise systems such as SAP, SSP, Agora, and Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in radiopharmaceutical supply chain or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Project management or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Experience managing external manufacturing or CMO‑focused operational workflows.
