Business Operations team helps the organization run efficiently by supporting planning, reporting, process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. We partner closely with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities, improve workflows, and ensure operational priorities are executed consistently.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented intern who is interested in learning how operational planning and execution support broader business goals, and is ready to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team.
What You'll Do
Collaborate to gather, organize, and analyze operational data to inform business decisions
Maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and recurring business metrics
Document existing processes, workflows, and team procedures in a clear and organized format
Support process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to collect updates, track action items, and ensure follow-through on operational initiatives
Prepare summaries, presentations, and internal documentation for meetings, planning sessions, and project updates
Conduct research to support operational planning, benchmarking, and business reviews
Assist with project management, including timeline tracking, meeting notes, and progress reporting
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across operational tools and documentation
Participate in special projects and support ad hoc business operations needs as assigned
What You'll Need
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, or PowerPoint)
Collaborative attitude and ability to work with different teams and stakeholders
Nice to Have
Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in business operations, program management, consulting, analytics, or similar areas
Experience creating reports, dashboards, or presentations for business audiences
Familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms)
Comfort working with large datasets and drawing meaningful insights
Exposure to process mapping, workflow documentation, or continuous improvement concepts
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
